Pender County Health Department seeks resident input through Healthy Pender Survey 2026
The Pender County Health Department and partner organizations invite adults living in Pender County to share their health concerns through the Healthy Pender Survey 2026.
The survey will help identify health needs and topics of concern among residents. Results will guide efforts to address major community health issues and support planning for the county’s future.
Available in English and Spanish, the survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. All answers are confidential, and the information provided will not be linked to individual participants.
The survey is open through Oct. 31 to all adults living in Pender County. Residents are asked to complete it only once.
To participate, visit https://unc.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eXNkcehdx9bF9iu or scan the QR code on survey materials. Paper copies are available at the Pender County Health Department’s Burgaw office, 298 Progress Drive, Burgaw, and Hampstead office, 15060 U.S. Highway 17, Hampstead.
Residents are encouraged to share the survey with family members, neighbors and community organizations to help gather input from across the county.
